Preheating System

Use 40kW induction heating power supply with Silicone cable. Cover the weld with the cable and wrap it 6-7 times. Using the temperature mode, set the target temperature and heating 
rate and start heating. After reaching the target temperature, move the cable to the side of the weld for stability 
maintenance.

The device will record all alarm and protection events during operation, and the operator can check them at any time. This facilitates device fault diagnosis, analysis, and troubleshooting.The insulation resistance alarm/protection value can be set from the control panel. Once the measured insulation resistance of the output circuit is less than the insulation resistance value (there is leakage in the output circuit), the system will automatically stop and alarm. This feature is a critical measure for the safety of field workers, providing customers with a high level of safety in complex field environments.
