Product Description

The compact type vertical cladding station is designed for oil and gas, chemical, valve manufacturing, pressure vessels and other industries. Requirements of products with a variety of shapes can be met. This model can be used for precision welding of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials.

With compact design, this model is space-saving and powerful. Configured with the basic functions of internal and external surface together with flat surface welding, this mode also boasts optional functions such as two holes 90-degree crossing intersection surface cladding, multi-bore intersection surface automatic welding, workpiece pre-heat system, workpiece cooling system, etc. For final function blocks of your machine, please refer to commercial contract options.

Programs We provide automatic surface cladding, automatic inner hole cladding, intersection cladding as a standard function. From the right diagram you can find more functions by select different program options. All below red, green and pink color area can be weld overlaid full automatically. It will bring best quality and lower human labor to our valued customer.

 

Controller: 1. Using Rockwell AB's latest generation PLC and Moons servo system control, EtherNet/IP digital communication is used to control and monitor a wide range of input, output and sampling signals in high resolution. 2.Using famous Pro-face handheld touch screen, the interface is simple and easy to operate. 3. Real-time AVC tracking control. Parameter memory function, it can be saved and printed in the welding process. 4. The system has a breakpoint memory function that automatically returns to the breakpoint. 5. Off-line programming and off-line print functions is optional functions.

 

Intelligence & Automatic & Stability 1. The extensive use of mathematical models in our programs makes our machines more intelligent than others; 2. The machines' intelligent design makes it easier to operate and let the maintenance cost is lower; 3. One welder can operate 3-4 machines at the same time; 4. Our equipment is highly stable and intelligent that has been proven on-site for many years, gaining the respect of our global customers and markets. 5. The machine runs stably, It can be used for more than 20 years. Some very old machine is still working in our workshop, the welding performance is good.

 

Applications:

• Base material: A105, A350 LF2, A694 F42~F70, AISI 4130, 30CrMo, SS304/304L, SS316/316L, SS410, F51, F55, WCB, LCB casting, forged materials or pipe base materials;
• Weld Consumables: ERNiCrMo-3, ERNiFeCr-1, ER316L, ER2594, ERCCoCr-E, ERCCoCr-A, ERNi1, ERCuNi and other wires;
• Clad thickness: 1~3mm/layer, multilayer cladding, standard clad thickness will be 3.2mm, FL+2mm dilution will be less than 5%;
• Quality requirements: Liquid Penetrant Testing as per ASTM E165 & ASTM V requirements. First time yield for intersection surface cladding will be >95%, bore or flat surface cladding >98%, ring groove cladding >96%.
• Welding process: Automatic TIG hotwire;
• Welding Position: 2G or 1G typically.
