INTRODUCTION
This equipment is mainly used for surfacing welding of the inner wall of straight pipes. The steel pipe is driven by the hollow clamp at the end, and the welding gun is supported by the wire rope to enter the inside of the pipe to complete the welding.
The equipment consists of welding power supply, welding head, head drive guidance system, hollow chuck head frame, roller frame, electrical control system and water-cooling system.

This welding system is adapted to meet the following conditions:

Equipment acceptance
Pre-Acceptance
After the installation and shop commissioning of the equipment, notify the customer to send persons to the supplier's facility for pre-acceptance, pre-acceptance for the following content:
a)  Check that the physical object of the equipment meets the requirements of the technical agreement;
b)  whether the appearance of the equipment is clean, whether the equipment pipeline connection is strong, the structural parts meet the requirements;
c)  Whether the equipment has gas leakage or water leakage;
d)  Whether the equipment parameters are fully functional;
e)  Check that the equipment is operating properly and reliably;
f)   Inspection of the scope of supply and the integrity of factory technical documents;
g)  Welding the analog parts at the supplier site.
Final Acceptance
After the equipment arrives at the customer site, notify the supplier, the supplier sends personnel to the customer site for final acceptance, final acceptance of the following content:
a)    Equipment installation, commissioning completed, simulating operation without fault.
b)   Train welders in practical operations and explain the precautions for the use of equipment.
c)    Carryout test piece welding, the test pieceshall be provided by the customer. Suppliershall guide the actual operation  of  the  customer  personnel,  complete  the  simulation  parts  welding  to  meet  the  technical agreement requirements, the two sides shall sign the final acceptance minutes of equipment..

Guarantee period and after-sales service:
     After-sales technical services and spare parts supply is supplier's responsibility;
     Supplier shall implement quality assurance on the product under normal conditions of use, and from the date of  the  final  acceptance  signature,  Supplier  shall  guarantee  the  equipment  for  12  months  (except  for consumables and man-made damage). During the warranty period, the quality of the supplier's equipment itself is indeed the supplier responsible for free maintenance, if the equipment failure caused by improper use, the supplier should send technicians to solve the problem in a timely manner, Customer is responsible for a reasonable cost. "The use of non-genuine parts and substitutes is considered an automatic waiver of warranty rights.
      "After the expiration of the warranty, Supplier will carry out life-long maintenance of its products.
     During the quality assurance period, when the equipment failure in the process of use of the equipment is not resolved, Party B in the notice within 8 hours to respond, such as Customer still can not troubleshoot, Supplier within 1 week to send maintenance engineers.
     After the warranty period of the equipment, provide a wide range of preferential technical support for life
