KunShan Faithan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.(Fitco)is honored to provide model FIT-VCS compact type vertical cladding station which is designed for oil and gas, chemical, valve manufacturing, pressure vessels and other industries. Requirements of products with a variety of shapes can be met. This model can be used for precision welding of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials. 
With compact design, this model is space-saving and powerful. Configured with the basic functions of internal and external surface together with flat surface welding, this mode also boasts optional functions such as two holes 90-degree crossing intersection surface cladding, multi-bore intersection surface automatic welding, workpiece pre-heat system, workpiece cooling system, etc. For final function blocks of your machine, please refer to commercial contract options. 
The cladding station is using TIG hot wire welding process. Suitable for automatic welding of carbon steel wire, stainless steel wire, nickel-based alloy wire, wear-resistant welding wire and other materials.

Applications:
Equipment Key Components:
Ø Base material: A105, A350 LF2, A694 F42~F70, AISI 4130, 30CrMo, SS304/304L, SS316/316L, SS410, F51, F55, WCB, LCB casting, forged materials or pipe base materials;
Ø Weld Consumables: ERNiCrMo-3, ERNiFeCr-1, ER316L, ER2594, ERCCoCr-E, ERCCoCr-A, ERNi1, ERCuNi and other wires;
Ø Clad thickness: 1~3mm/layer, multilayer cladding, standard clad thickness will be 3.2mm, FL+2mm dilution will be less than 5%;
Ø Quality requirements: Liquid Penetrant Testing as per ASTM E165 & ASTM V requirements. First time yield for intersection surface cladding will be >95%, bore or flat surface cladding >98%, ring groove cladding >96%.
Ø Welding process: Automatic TIG hotwire;
Ø Welding Position: 2G or 1G typically.

Structural Features
 - The frame is used as a profile steel structure welding part, all welds are welded according to the same strength weld requirements, after welding are stress-releasing treatment, remove welding stress 
and effective to prevent welding and thermal cutting deformation. 
- Welding torch clamps with a fast-clamping mechanism, easy to replace; 
- The rotating table of the swing workbench is made of forged steel, and the bracket is designed as a profile steel structure. The carrying capacity of the transfer capacity is large
The rotary speed control mode of the workbench is regulated by servo motor, the variable speed range is wide, the speed adjustment accuracy is high, and the operation is smooth.

Compact TIG Station for Chemicals with Wire Unit
 i -CLAD 200 is developed by FITco using the world's most advanced technology for the design, manufacture of welding control system, the system uses the United States Rockwell AB PLC system control, combining FITco's development, manufacturing experience in one, with advanced, digital, easy to operate, intelligent, universal, reliability and so on. The operator can set, store, control distributed synchronization during welding.
System Features:
Ø Using Rockwell AB's latest generation PLC and servo system control, EtherNet/IP digital communication is used to control and monitor a wide range of input, output and sampling signals in high resolution;
Ø The system uses the Pro-face handheld touch screen, the display size 5.7-inch color screen, the interface is simple and easy to operate;
Ø The main electrical components of the equipment are imported brands in Europe and the United States;
Ø Real-time arc length tracking control;
Ø Parameter memory function, can be saved and printed in the welding process;
Ø Real-time display of welding voltage, welding current, hot wire current, wire delivery speed, welding speed, walking distance/rotation angle, and control welding travel, automatic welding;
Ø The operator can manually adjust welding parameters such as current, speed, welding voltage, wire feed speed, hot wire current and whether to fill wire at any time to meet certain special requirements;
Ø  The start-stop welding setting, including arc ingestion current, pre-ventilation time, delay wire delivery, arc current, delay stop wire and other settings;
Ø Precisely set the distance between tungsten electrode and workpiece, tungsten electrode touches the workpiece after the promotion to the set value, the arc ingress is high frequency arcing;
Ø Well-improved fault detection system and directly display the fault and troubleshooting guidance methods;
Ø Automatic control system with manual adjustment, automatic welding two ways;
Ø When adjusted manually, each moving shaft can be adjusted separately, and the welding starting point can be set;
Ø The system has a breakpoint memory function that automatically returns to the breakpoint;
Ø The automatic control system can realize three kinds of welding methods, main hole welding, side hole welding and round flat surface welding;

Guarantee period and after-sales service:
Ø After-sales technical services and spare parts supply is supplier's responsibility;
Ø Supplier shall implement quality assurance on the product under normal conditions of use, and from the date of the final acceptance signature, Supplier shall guarantee the equipment for 12 months (except for consumables and man-made damage).
Ø During the warranty period, the quality of the supplier's equipment itself is indeed the supplier responsible for free maintenance, if the equipment failure caused by improper use, the supplier should send technicians to solve the problem in a timely manner, Customer is responsible for a reasonable cost. "The use of non-genuine parts and substitutes is considered an automatic waiver of warranty rights."
Ø After the expiration of the warranty, Supplier will carry out life-long maintenance of their products.
Ø During the quality assurance period, when the equipment failure in the process of use of the equipment is not resolved, Party B in the notice within 8 hours to respond, such as Customer still cannot troubleshoot, Supplier within 1 week to send maintenance engineers.
Ø After the warranty period of the equipment, provide a wide range of preferential technical support for life.
